Purchased in 2006 from the Adam’s Rib assemblage of properties, which included parts of Sylvan Lake State Park, Frost Creek and Brush Creek Valley Ranch; the Haymeadow development was designed to reflect the values of the 2010 Eagle Area Community Plan.
