Born in Sarasota, Florida Melanie grew up fond of the beautiful outdoors and being active in a wide array of sports. She attended University of South Florida earning a Bachelor’s in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration. Her entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen led her to launch her own private fitness and health studio which she operated successfully for over ten years. Melanie’s vast experience working with high-end clientele including Fortune 500 CEOs, International Land Developers, and Business Owners has given her an intimate understanding of the most discerning clients. 

Despite the stunning beaches of Florida, Melanie and her husband, Harrison moved to Colorado in 2016 with a passion to explore the Vail Valley and its numerous outdoor adventures. They delight in helping others discover the Vail lifestyle and mountain nature at its finest.

Growing up in sunny Sarasota Florida, Harrison enjoyed many activities including competitive sports, fishing, and spending time with his family at the beach. But what he enjoyed most was visiting the construction sites of his family’s custom home projects and traveling to Vail to hit the slopes. From a young age Harrison had developed a passion for the craftsmanship and innovation that went into the design and construction of high-end custom homes. He spent his summers interning in the sales and construction departments of his family’s company. 

Over the last sixteen years Harrison has directed sales and marketing for custom home builders in many communities across multiple states including the prestigious master planned community in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. Lakewood Ranch has been ranked as the number 1 best-selling master planned community in the US for six straight years. During his time in Lakewood Ranch, Harrison was awarded the Salesperson of the year. Harrison is responsible for over two hundred million dollars in real estate transactions. As a specialist in the design build process for custom homes, he has spearheaded the product design, community planning, and the launch of sales and marketing for multiple home builders for almost two decades. He takes great pride in guiding his clients through the process of evaluating and purchasing land, designing the home to work with the land, and working hand in hand with his clients and their architect throughout the construction process until the project is completed. This meticulous process and hands-on experience is a testament to Harrison’s passion for building close relationships and ensuring that his clients enjoy the journey and the success that follows. He continued his real estate career in Colorado Springs by serving as the Area Development Manager for a luxury custom home builder for over a half a decade. His knack for negotiating and his keen eye for the finer details has given Harrison a reputation for excelling in the luxury home markets.
